Terms and Conditions - Course Tokens

1. Course Tokens will be delivered via email within 10mins of confirmation of payment.  Payments by bank deposit may take up to 2 days before receipt is confirmed by our bank, when payment is received course tokens will be delivered.
2. All payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars unless arranged prior to payment.
3. Prepaid course tokens are non refundable.
4. Course tokens will expire if not used within 1 year from purchase date.

Opting to pay by Credit Card:

1. Once you click on 'Pay by Credit Card' you will be directed to the Shopify payment portal, where a secured online payment can be made.
2. Once payment by credit card is processed, you will receive a tax invoice via email from Intuto New Zealand Ltd.
   

Opting to pay by Bank Deposit

1. Once you click on 'Pay by Bank Deposit' you will be emailed instructions containing our bank account information and required fields so that we can match your payment to your order for course tokens.
2. You will also receive a second email with a tax invoice from Intuto New Zealand Ltd.
3. Course tokens will be sent through when receipt of payment is confirmed.
